Cancellation Policy
Loc Extension Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, you will have (10dy) before your scheduled appointment to cancel and receive a $100 refund of your paid deposit. After that time, you will ONLY be able to reschedule ONE TIME ONLY after that your deposit is non-refundable. No-show no-call clients can NOT reschedule for this service. This policy applies to: Instant Locs, Backcomb Locs, and Loc Restoration (those services are within 5 day period of schedule service & $50 refund of $100+ deposit).

Loc Extension/Loc Attachments/Restoration Policies
Once your loc extensions and loc attachments are installed there are NO REFUNDS given. This is due to the nature of having a consultation and explanations before the process of services. Also once at the end of your service you are asked if satisfied...if there is a yes to satisfaction and you decide later on differently; we can discuss avenues to take. Please understand that these avenues may or will cost you the amount of the service to be done over. If you do not agree to this policy I can gladly refer you to another possible Loctician.
All Other Services
Deposits are no longer refundable. You're allowed a 1x transfer of deposit for yourself not to another client or possible client. You will be charged for late cancellation and no show appointments. Your deposit IS your cancellation charge if after said cancellation policy time.
Late Policy
Clients have the possibility of NOT receiving services if more than 20 minutes late for an appointment. Deposit also acts as a no-show fee. If your slot is not filled after 20 minutes of being late, you may still receive services my choice due to lapping of another clients slot. Once you are more than 20 mins late you may be charged full price of services & your deposit DOES NOT go towards balance.

If you need to call or text I ask that you only contact me between the hours of 8 am -6:30 pm Monday - Friday and 8am - 1 pm Saturday (Sun/Weds excluded). If I don't answer I will try my best within 48/72 hours to return the call/text.
I also I reserve the right to block out days as needed as long as no appointments are set on the date prior to the blocking. I also have the right to refuse services. Parents you are responsible for your children...therefore parents you are my responsible "client" (if it is a child being serviced). And if at any time any party feels the need to argue or be combative ...I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If for any reason this is not understood or agreed...I AM NOT THE LOCTICIAN FOR YOU!!
